Polene Paris Fleur Dalium - Chalk

From the Plèi collection 100% made from upcycled leather scraps, the “Dalium” flower is inspired by the sculptural geometry of the Dahlia. The tubular petals made from a duo of contrasting leathers are superimposed thanks to a meticulous play of folds and stitching. On the slightly inclined leather-wrapped upper, the ribbed leaves are hand-stitched.  The flower can be expressed in a soliflore, with other leather flowers or join a bouquet of dried flowers. The name "Dalium" is a rewriting of the name "dahlia", highlighting the creative reinterpretation of its leather version.
