getting started:
Your cone, medium will arrive in travel mode to ensure it doesn’t turn on during transit. This will prevent the device from turning on or charging.
To turn off travel mode, hold down the power button for three seconds until you feel two quick pulses, then travel mode will be deactivated. To turn on travel mode, hold the power button down again until you feel those same two quick pulses, then travel mode will be activated.
